The Siegel Group is seeking a highly analytical and business\-minded **Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) Analyst** to support the financial and operating performance of the Siegel Suites® and Siegel Select® portfolio. This position serves as a key financial partner to Housing Operations, providing leadership with clear insight into property and portfolio performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating financial results into actionable business recommendations. Reporting directly to the **President of Housing Operations**, the FP\&A Analyst works closely with Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Finance, Accounting, and ownership. The role has significant visibility within the organization and is responsible for preparing the monthly financial and operational review presented directly to ownership. The ideal candidate understands that strong FP\&A goes beyond reporting what happened.
