Under general supervision, the Communications Advisor helps develop and execute strategic communications and engagement activities that advance business objectives and strengthen the company’s position with key stakeholders. These audiences may include current and prospective employees, the media, business and community leaders, consumers, employer groups, the financial community, and health care providers. Working closely with communications colleagues, business partners, leaders and subject matter experts, the Communications Advisor researches issues, identifies audience needs, develops clear and effective communications, and coordinates deliverables across internal, external, digital, and social channels. This role is well suited for someone who is energized by a fast\-paced environment, motivated to learn, and ready to take ownership.
