**Position Summary** The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing, referral relationships, community outreach, employee engagement, and business growth initiatives of Central Valley Dental Implant \& Oral Surgery Institute. This is a full\-time, in\-office position supporting all five CVDI locations. Regular travel between offices, referring dental practices, community events, and vendor locations is an essential part of the position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, creative, and able to independently manage multiple projects while building strong relationships both inside and outside the organization. **Referral Relations \& Practice Growth** · Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices through regular visits, communication, lunches, gifts, and appreciation efforts. · Plan and execute referral engagement programs, including Top Referring Office recognition, Study Clubs, appreciation events, Golden Tooth Games, and other campaigns. · Track and analyze referral activity to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth across each CVDI location. · Develop and support initiatives designed to strengthen existing referral relatio...
