Reporting to the Executive Director, IT Administration \& Solution Delivery Center, this position provides comprehensive project management, process improvement, business analysis, and information systems support for the IT Division's enterprise systems and services, as assigned, and for the Office of Institutional Research. The position manages projects from concept through implementation and completion using both waterfall and agile methodologies. The position serves as a business analyst and systems administrator for assigned functional areas and systems, developing a strong understanding of the supported units' business processes, operational needs, and technology requirements. Responsibilities include developing business and technical requirements; designing and building reports; supporting the requirements and design of queries, APIs, and system interfaces; performing system testing and configuration; troubleshooting and resolving system issues; and serving as a liaison between IT and supported business units.
