**Description** --------------- Performs responsible administrative, technical, and supervisory work assisting in the planning, operation, maintenance, and asset management of the City's water distribution, wastewater collection, and reclaimed water systems. Supports field operations while coordinating infrastructure asset management, preventative maintenance programs, condition assessments, and lifecycle planning for utility infrastructure. This position serves as a liaison between field operations, GIS, engineering, and capital improvement planning to ensure accurate infrastructure data, reliable system operation, and efficient long\-term maintenance of utility assets. **Examples of Duties** ---------------------- * Assists with supervising, instructs, and assists in assigning crews in a daily routine of maintenance of activities and repair procedures in the water distribution/wastewater collection system.
