**Job Title:** Logistics Manager **Department**: Operations **Reports to:** Director of Supply Chain **Location:** Dallas\-Fort\-Worth Area \& Greater Toronto Area **FLSA / Classification:** Exempt **Travel:** 25–50% **Position Summary** The Logistics Manager leads shipping, freight, and inventory\-handling practices across all Infra Pipes manufacturing locations in the US and Canada. The role sets standards, manages site Shipping Supervisors, controls freight cost and claims, and works with plant leadership to keep material, yard space, and outbound loads moving safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** Shipping Leadership \& Team Management * Supervise and manage all location Shipping Supervisors, maintaining dotted\-line communication with each location's Plant Manager. * Lead the hiring process for site\-level shipping leaders. * Work closely with the manufacturing sites to ensure optimal day\-to\-day management and strategic use of storage and yard space. Standardization \& SOPs * Update, and create where applicable, all shipping SOPs covering load configuration and securement. * Ownership of Corporate Shipping Manual \& Packaging Guide. * Deploy existing SOPs to plants...
