**Job Summary:** The Program Manager, Digital Enablement is accountable for leading enterprise application programs and strengthening portfolio and project delivery across Digital Enablement. This role establishes disciplined governance, translates approved priorities into executable plans, coordinates cross\-functional teams, and provides clear visibility into scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Working across business and technology teams, the individual will manage complex initiatives from intake through completion, improve program management practices and tools, and drive timely decisions and accountability.
