RSM US, LLP is currently seeking a Principal to add to our Deal Services team within the M\&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have held a senior\-level mergers and acquisitions leadership positions at a Big 4 Consulting firm or a highly recognized, similar scale, national consulting firm. The candidate must have proven track record of performance within a M\&A team on an ongoing basis for the past 10\-12 years, and must have proven skills with integrations, separations and/or restructuring.
