**Job Summary** The Clinic Medical Technician plays a critical role in supporting clinical operations by ensuring accurate and timely management of the A1 schedule and assisting clinic staff as needed. Work closely with providers, clinic staff, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations. Provide care under the supervision the Clinical Care Manager or MA Supervisor. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Answer phone calls incoming to the clinic and perform accurate phone triage as needed. Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or in response to treatment. Support a variety of patient care tasks in accordance with clinic protocols and professional standards.
