**Medicaid Grants Administrator (One\-Year, 2026\-2027, up to 0\.5 FTE) Needed** *Location: Champlain Valley School District* *This position will remain open until filled. Internal candidates will also be prioritized over external applicants during this initial seven\-day window.* The Champlain Valley School District (CVSD) is seeking a Medicaid Grants Administrator (up to 0\.5 FTE) for the 2026\-2027 school year. This position will oversee and facilitate the district’s Medicaid School\-Based Services (SBS) program. The Medicaid school based claiming program is changing and to ensure smooth implementation and continued compliant claiming, this role manages the transformation of the program. This includes partnering with building based Medicaid clerks to ensure that eligible services provided to students are accurately logged, verified, and submitted in full compliance with federal, state, and district regulations to maximize program reimbursement and maintain audit\-ready documentation.
