Job Purpose The General Manager directs daily business operations and develops effective strategies to support long\-term growth and profitability. This role includes learning and applying Stand Strong Fence’s structured management processes and completing required training. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business operations, expertise in budgeting and financial management, and strong leadership skills. The General Manager implements company policies, monitors performance, and works to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service, profitability, revenue, and budget performance. The role also involves building, developing, and leading a professional team that completes daily work to company standards. Compensation $70,000–$80,000 per year, with incentive components.
