**Position Summary** Affordable Medical Supplies is seeking a mechanically inclined, organized, and resourceful individual to develop into the leader of our equipment and warehouse department. This is a hands\-on training position. The employee will work directly with medical equipment while learning to coordinate inventory, repairs, equipment readiness, warehouse organization, and daily workflow. We are willing to train someone who has the right aptitude, work ethic, and problem\-solving ability. **DME experience is helpful but not required.** This position is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond an individual contributor role and eventually take responsibility for running a department. **Responsibilities** **Equipment \& Repair Operations** * Inspect, clean, test, maintain, and perform authorized repairs on rental and other company equipment. * Troubleshoot equipment problems and determine appropriate next steps. * Coordinate equipment repairs, identify parts needs, and track unresolved issues. * Ensure equipment is properly inspected, documented, and ready before being returned to service. * Learn manufacturer procedures and company standards for equipment maintenance a...
