Role Overview This AVP role sits on the CeraVe and Vichy US marketing team and leads Facial Skincare for both brands. You will own the US strategic vision, go\-to\-market, and growth acceleration of a $380M\+ sell\-out business, one of the most dynamic in the skincare category. You will partner closely with the trade marketing and commercial teams to shape brand strategy for the Amazon and Ulta accounts. You will lead three direct reports: * Manager, Core Facial * Manager, Skin\-Renewing * Manager, Vichy Skin Key Responsibilities * Direct the development and implementation of brand marketing plans and budgets to achieve category volume, profit, and spending objectives. * Apply in\-depth knowledge of the marketing mix to build and adjust plans in line with the US brand strategy. Partner with the global brand leads (DMI) to leverage synergies where appropriate. * Plan and oversee execution of brand, trade marketing, and retailer strategies to meet Gross, Net, and Profit targets.
