Fussell AppliancesGeneral Manager – Alexandria Warehouse **Job Description** Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Alexandria facility, ensuring all departments operate efficiently, employees complete assigned tasks, and operations support company revenue and productivity. Primary Responsibilities **1\. Retail Oversight** * Ensure the retail floor remains fully stocked, clean, and organized. * Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and ready for sale. * Communicate retail employee concerns or necessary corrections to the Regional Manager, who directly manages retail staff. **2\. Warehouse Operations** * Ensure all incoming trailers are unloaded and scheduled pickups are completed. * Ensure appliances are sorted, tested, and processed promptly. * Ensure merchandise is delivered to retail locations as needed. * Oversee warehouse employee productivity and task completion. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. **3\.
