The Caring Place Respite is seeking a dependable, compassionate, organized, and highly motivated **House Manager** to oversee the daily operations of residential care homes. The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care, employees fulfill their assigned responsibilities, homes remain clean and comfortable, and daily operations run efficiently. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, accountability, problem\-solving skills, and a genuine commitment to the well\-being, dignity, and safety of our residents.
