Job Description: Operations Director – More Life Wellness Job Title: Operations Director Reports To: Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer Employment Type: Full\-Time, Exempt Position Summary The Operations Director at More Life Wellness provides executive leadership and administrative oversight for all non\-clinical operations within the licensed Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) Residential Behavioral Health Facility. This role ensures compliance with Arizona Administrative Code , and other applicable state and federal standards, while supporting clinical leadership in the delivery of safe, effective, and person\-centered behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that the program operates in accordance with AZDHS licensure standards and upholds the agency’s mission of providing high\-quality, recovery\-oriented care.
