About the Role: Canon U.S.A. Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY seeks a B2B Digital Commerce Experience Specialist (Specialist, Marketing). The B2B Digital Commerce Experience Specialist is responsible for driving the growth and continuous optimization of the Canon Online Store digital customer experience. This role will lead and support key digital experience initiatives, coordinate cross\-functional projects, and leverage analytics and customer insights to deliver an engaging, personalized online experience that improves customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion. Working closely with Marketing, IT, Sales, Analytics, and external agency partners, this individual will help execute strategic initiatives focused on website optimization/testing, personalization, customer feedback analysis and digital analytics. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
