We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized **Marketing Manager** to lead marketing across an approximately 40\-property multifamily portfolio throughout the Southeast and Mid\-Atlantic. The Marketing Manager will oversee both **portfolio\-wide brand strategy and property\-level marketing**, with a focus on driving qualified traffic, leasing velocity, occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing performance data, developing strategy, and executing hands\-on marketing initiatives. The role oversees digital marketing, ILS strategy, reputation management, creative assets, websites, advertising, analytics, vendor relationships, marketing communications, and company branding. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with Operations, Regional and Community Managers, Revenue Management, Development, and other internal teams. This is a remote position supporting a geographically dispersed portfolio.
