Description: **About the Role** The Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing Procurement is responsible for leading the entire contract manufacturing and turnkey execution network — daily buying operations, supplier performance, open order management, cost governance, and inventory risk — supporting JPMS business objectives. Strategic Sourcing owns supplier strategy, governance frameworks, redundancy planning, and long\-term network design; this role executes against that strategy across an open order portfolio exceeding $22MM at any given time and annual purchase volume of approximately $115MM, spanning multiple contract manufacturers and the turnkey supply base, with full accountability for supplier performance, liability management, commercialization support, and inventory exposure. The Senior Manager leads a team of Senior Buyers and Buyers, as well as the Manager, Turnkey Procurement and the turnkey buying team; establishes departmental priorities; and serves as the primary escalation point for critical supplier, operational, and business continuity matters.
