**Divisional Workforce Development Specialist** **Position Summary** The Divisional Workforce Development Specialist serves as a field\-based partner to operations leadership, helping employees build successful careers while supporting the division's workforce needs. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding, mentorship, employee development programs, career pathways, leadership development initiatives, and workforce tracking systems across assigned areas. The Divisional Workforce Development Specialist works directly with employees, supervisors, foremen, superintendents, managers, and divisional leadership to improve retention, strengthen culture, support workforce planning, and ensure employees have access to meaningful development opportunities throughout their careers.
