Description: **Job Summary** The Director of Marketing translates ARG’s growth strategy into measurable, integrated marketing programs. This role builds and leads a disciplined marketing operating system that supports new\-logo growth, existing\-client expansion, Managing Partner growth, referral relationships, vertical\-market authority, and measurable demand generation. The Director leads day\-to\-day marketing strategy and execution, manages the Marketing \& Strategic Growth Coordinator, and partners closely with Sales, Strategic Growth, Pardot/CRM resources, external public relations support, and project\-based specialists. **Essential Functions:** * Own the annual and quarterly marketing operating plan aligned with ARG business and revenue priorities, including the marketing calendar, campaign roadmap, budget view, and executive reporting cadence. * Translate executive strategy into integrated campaigns, content, events, digital programs, sales enablement, and measurable deliverables focused on commercial impact. * Design campaigns supporting new\-logo acquisition, cross\-sell and upsell, referral growth, Managing Partner opportunities, account\-based marketing, and priority v...
