**Job Description:** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Manager of Pharmacy / Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC) provides overall leadership for Desert Sage Health Centers' in\-house pharmacy and serves as the organization's Pharmacist\-in\-Charge. The Manager is responsible for safe and compliant pharmacy operations, pharmacy staff leadership, medication access, financial performance, pharmacy utilization, and pharmacy\-level 340B operations. The Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer. This position works closely with DSHC clinical and administrative leaders and the contracted pharmacy management partner to establish, operate, optimize, and sustain a pharmacy that improves patient access to medications while contributing to the long\-term financial sustainability of the organization. **SUPERVISION RECEIVED** Works under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer.
