About this Job: **General Summary of Position** Provides evaluation and physical therapy treatment in accordance with agency standards the laws and regulations governing the provision of physical therapy services in the state of Maryland District of Columbia or Virginia and other regulatory requirements.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities** * Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations. * Demonstrates basic leadership skills as a Case Manager and with other responsibilities as required. * Serves as lead preceptor and field mentor responsible for overseeing the field training experience for newly hired nurses and home health aides. Collaborates with and guides field trainers/preceptors to provide new hire's the learning experiences they need to meet clinical competency requirements.
