**Clinical Pharmacist – Specialty \& Compounding Pharmacy** **Job Description:** Directs and coordinates all pharmacy services for the pharmacy in accordance with the established policies and standards as well as state and federal regulations, in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge. Provides oversight for the quality and cost effectiveness of services provided. Has fiscal responsibilities in collaboration with senior management team for financial aspects of the specialty pharmacy services. **Qualifications and Education Requirements*** Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy * Current and active Pharmacist license from the California State Board of Pharmacy * Licensure**:** Current, active and in good standing pharmacist license in the state of employment * Evaluate prescription orders for accuracy, validity, and appropriateness * Prepare and dispense prescriptions in accordance with federal and state law * Responsible for completing projects and responsibilities as assigned by the executive management team * Attend appropriate training, seminars, and workshops, as required **Compounding Specific Duties*** Monitor refill call activity weekly to assure completion * Maintain SOPs for steril...
