To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Supervisor DTOH to join our growing team. The Supervisor DTOH will act as a primary resource to a team of DTOH Specialists. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide coaching and motivate DTOH Specialists to ensure performance goals are met. * Responsible for new\-hire onboarding and ongoing development of knowledge and skillset of DTOH Specialists. * Handle Team Lead duties and daily miscellaneous DTOH tasks. * Work with Management to ensure proper handling of all search?types and functions related to DTOH. * Receive and disposition escalations as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned.
