We are seeking a motivated, highly organized **Lead \& Marketing Coordinator** to support our Georgia medical aesthetics locations. The primary focus of this role is **lead management, marketing execution, and content creation**. This person will be responsible for helping generate interest, following up with prospective patients, converting leads into appointments, and creating engaging content that supports clinic growth. This is a hybrid role that includes remote work, in\-clinic content creation, marketing support, and occasional Spa Coordinator coverage when needed. **Primary Responsibilities** *Lead Management \& Conversion* A major focus of this role will be actively managing leads from initial inquiry through booking. Responsibilities include: * Responding quickly to new leads from all lead sources * Calling, texting, and emailing prospective patients * Following up consistently with leads until they book or are no longer active * Booking consultations and treatment appointments * Following up with unconverted consultations * Reactivating previous patients and older leads * Helping fill gaps in provider schedules * Promoting relevant services, packages, memberships, and pro...
