Description: The Bleeding \& Clotting Disorders Institute, the only Federally Recognized Hemophilia Treatment Center of its kind south of Chicago, is adding a Director of Finance to our growing finance team. The Director of Finance is responsible for providing financial leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal stewardship for the organization. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role directs all accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal control functions. The Director of Finance ensures the integrity of financial information, compliance with regulatory and accounting standards, and alignment of financial operations with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in healthcare finance and at least three years leading a team of finance professionals.
