This is a hands\-on regional leadership role overseeing three market\-rate apartment communities across the Triad and Charlotte markets, a few hours apart by car. You'll have real ownership over how these properties run — building out on\-site teams, tightening up operations, and putting your own stamp on the portfolio's performance. There's also a clear path for growth here: the company plans to bring two more properties in\-house over the next 6\-12 months, and this role will grow to take them on. If you like building strong teams and have a sharp eye for where operations can run better, this is a great fit. ### **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Take direct operational ownership of three Class B/C market\-rate communities, splitting your time across all of them * Recruit, hire, and train on\-site teams — including bringing on a new Property Manager and coaching them through their first few months * Step in and run day\-to\-day operations hands\-on at any site that needs it * Spot and act on opportunities to improve performance, tighten budgets, and strengthen team operations across the portfolio * Review monthly financials, budgets, and variance reports across all three properties * Own rent ...
