Harvey Way, Hampton, VA 23668 Job Type Full\-Time Department Pharmacy Opening Date 09/30/2026 **Description** --------------- Hampton WellNest seeks an experienced and innovative pharmacy leader to serve as Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC). The Director will provide strategic, operational, clinical, regulatory, financial, and administrative leadership for Hampton WellNest’s pharmacy. In addition to overseeing daily pharmacy practice and fulfilling all legal responsibilities of the PIC, the Director will manage the pharmacy’s compliance infrastructure, payer and PBM relationships, credentialing, financial performance, vendor relationships, clinical services, staff development, and community engagement.
