**Position Summary** -------------------- **DEFINITION:** Under the limited direction of the appropriate administrator, the Enrollment Services Specialist serves as the initial resource to students and the public relating to Admissions and Records (AR), Financial Aid (FA), Cashiering, and other matriculation components within student services. The Enrollment Services Specialist is largely a front counter, customer service position, and is critical in creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all students and visitors to the college. **CLASS CHARACTERISTICS** This is the third level in the enrollment services position series. This position, under limited supervision performs varied and responsible clerical, technical, and enrollment services functions requiring a broad knowledge of the functions of the organizational unit.
