**JOB SUMMARY:** The Depot Supervisor oversees daily driver and truck activity at A\&L Foods' Baltimore depot. This hands\-on role provides daily direction to Baltimore drivers, checks in routes as they return, ensures returned goods and equipment are accurately documented and staged for return to Bensalem, and keeps the depot safe, organized, and ready for the next operating cycle. The position serves as the on\-site link between drivers, depot personnel, and the Logistics Manager. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide daily direction, support, and oversight to Baltimore\-based drivers. * Monitor driver attendance, route assignments, vehicle readiness, and coverage needs; promptly communicate gaps to the Logistics Manager. * Check in each route and driver upon return, reviewing required paperwork, delivery exceptions, customer refusals, shortages, damages, payment documentation, and other route issues. * Confirm post\-trip vehicle inspection and route\-closeout requirements are completed and escalate safety, equipment, or compliance concerns. * Ensure returned saleable product, damaged goods, customer returns, empty pallets, reusable equipment, and transfer items are...
