Hapa Sushi Grill and Sake Bar in Boulder (1048 Pearl St) is searching for their next AGM. Our current AGM is retiring and we are looking to bring in a long term assistant general manager looking to grow into a GM. An ideal candidate must have/will be: * 4\+ years managing a fast paced, **full service** restaurant, with experience ordering liquor, beer and wine. * 2\+ years managing other managers * Maintain a positive attitude * Be willing to jump in and do any task in the restaurant * Able to oversee a fast paced environment and maintain composure when being pulled in many different directions * Experience with labor cost, writing department schedules, training, hiring and firing Please take the time to peek at our menu and our website @ hapasushi.com and find out a little about us before applying.
