**Job Summary** Super 8 by Wyndham Arlington Near AT\&T Stadium is seeking an experienced, hands\-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of our 50\-room limited\-service hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who enjoys working in a smaller property, developing teams, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving operational excellence. This is not a desk\-only management role. The successful candidate must be willing to lead by example, assist departments when needed, and foster a positive team culture while maintaining high operational standards. Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Operations * Oversee all daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast. * Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming property for guests and employees. * Monitor room inventory, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall operational performance.
