**JOB TITLE:** Sports Buddies Program Coordinator (Part\-Time) **DEPARTMENT:** Program Innovation **REPORTS TO:** Director of Program Innovation **FLSA STATUS:** Non\-Exempt, Hourly, Part\-Time, with potential for full\-time (20–25 hrs/week, including weekend events as needed) **PAY RATE**: $22\-24/hour **MISSION:** Creating and supporting mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of the next generation. **VISION:** Through mentorship, all youth achieve their full potential. **JOB SUMMARY** The Sports Buddies Program Coordinator leads a dynamic, group\-based mentoring experience through weekend events that connect youth and mentors in fun, engaging settings. This role oversees the full participant lifecycle, including enrollment, program delivery, and match support, ensuring a high\-quality and safe experience for all involved.
