Position Overview: We are currently seeking a **Supply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding** to join our San Antonio Manufacturing Plant team. The S**upply Chain Manager – Factory Feeding** is responsible for leading factory material handling and material flow operations, ensuring the right material is delivered to the right location at the right time to support uninterrupted production. This position leads multiple supervisors and their hourly teams, with responsibility for lineside material availability, warehouse\-to\-line material flow, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other cross\-functional teams to identify and resolve material flow constraints, improve operational performance, and support production requirements. The manager will also play a key role in new product introductions, ensuring material handling processes, systems, equipment, and resources are ready to support successful production launches.
