**Summary:** This position exists to further develop, cultivate, and manage the needs of existing business relationships in local acute and outpatient facilities for the Greater Area of Houston, Texas. The Strategic Account Manager works meticulously with all assigned accounts and other SAM employees to ensure a high degree of both customer satisfaction and compliance. This position requires a commitment to ensuring that customers manage their linen properly and practice inventory control in a manner that benefits TMCL as well as the customer.
