Keller Management is looking for an experienced Multi\-Family manager to join our team. The Regional Manager is responsible for maximizing the long\-term operating performance of a portfolio of communities in the Arizona market. Effective personnel motivation and development, a thorough understanding of the competitive market, high standards for customer service, and a deep understanding of budgeting, revenue growth, and expense control of multi\-family communities are key to successful management of the portfolio. Keller Management oversees the operations of properties owned by Keller Investment Properties and is not a third\-party management company. You will work closely with ownership as a team to achieve success at the community level. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all office and maintenance procedures are being rigorously followed.
