In this position, you will provide direct management, supervision, scheduling, control of the jobs, job sites, assistant project managers, foremen and subcontractors within the Project Managers’ area of jurisdiction. They will interface regularly with the superintendent, foremen and subcontractors regarding work in progress, productivity, scheduling and staffing, problem identification, problem resolution and customer service. A Project Manager will ensure that work is performed in accordance with specifications completed in a timely manner, that costs are contained within budget and ultimately responsible for job profitability.
