**Job Requirements** General Summary Under supervision of the leadership for patient transport, this individual will receive request for critical care (Maryland Express Care) interfacility patient transports and dispatch for services utilizing the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMSS) protocols. The Senior Patient Transport Dispatch Coordinator will function as a liaison between the dispatchers, transportation vendor and hospital requesting transport. In this role, this individual will ensure dispatchers communicate delays to the sending and receiving hospital.
