**Warehouse \& Local Dispatch Coordinator** **About the Position** We are looking for an experienced, dependable **Warehouse \& Local Dispatch Coordinator** to join our Indianapolis operation immediately. This is a hands\-on position for someone who understands both sides of the operation: **keeping a warehouse running efficiently while coordinating local deliveries and drivers throughout the day.** The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You don’t need to sit behind a desk all day \- you’ll be involved in warehouse operations, while also making sure local deliveries are scheduled, dispatched and completed efficiently. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, picking, packing and shipping * Schedule and dispatch local deliveries and drivers * Plan efficient delivery routes and daily schedules * Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding routes, deliveries and schedule changes * Coordinate delivery times with customers * Monitor deliveries and address delays or other issues as they arise * Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and shipping documentation * Verify orders for...
