**Commercial Construction Project Manager** Our company is seeking an Atlanta\-based Commercial Construction Project Manager to supervise the construction of multiple projects to include commercial new construction, commercial renovation, hospitality, tenant improvement build outs, military housing. Applicants having previous experience managing similar projects are required. The right candidate will have: * 3\+ years of project management experience * Good communication skills * Strong leadership qualities * The ability to be a self starter. Duties for the project manager include: * Leading and managing project teams for one or multiple projects * Managing day\-to\-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers * Contract administration * Project material and labor procurement * Process pay requests * Process change orders * Provide input on the project's scope and requirements to team members. * Present accomplishments and status of team's work to management. * Define project scope and requirements. * Monitor project schedule and adherence to deadlines. * Manage client relationships.
