Novel Services LLC (“Novel”) is seeking a collaborative, technically proficient, and hands\-on Senior Internal Auditor to join the Corporate Finance team. This newly created position will report to the Director of Internal Audit to facilitate the execution of internal audit activities across Novel’s growing portfolio of affiliated companies, managed by a financial holding company focused on building a capital\-efficient, investor\-ready insurance enterprise. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes, and will help shape scalable processes and internal controls that support Novel’s growth and achieve compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. This will include maintaining compliance with the NAIC Model Audit Rule (MAR) and supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This position will interact with all levels of management throughout the Novel ecosystem.
