Succeed. \#BeHere** **Location: US:WI:BROOKFIELD at our CP\-SUNNYSLOPE HEALTH CENTER facility.** **This job is ON \- SITE.** **FTE: 0\.900000** **Standard Hours: 36\.00** **Shift: Shift 1** **Shift Details:** Monday through Thursday 1015\-1815 Friday 1115\-1715 **Holidays**: N/A **Weekends**: Rotating Saturdays 0800\-1200 **Job Summary:** Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical functions. **EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:** Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred. **EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:** High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. **SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:**Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required.
