Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead the financial operations and strategy of a 100\-employee Maryland\-based company. This position will provide executive\-level financial leadership, oversee accounting and financial reporting, manage banking and lending relationships, and provide strategic guidance to the ownership and executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring the company maintains strong financial controls, healthy cash flow, accurate financial reporting, and sound financial decision\-making while supporting continued growth and long\-term business objectives. This is a hands\-on leadership position for a financial professional who can move beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team.
