**Position Overview:** As a **Region Fleet Maintenance Manager** excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills are a requirement. Engagement with your Shop Foreman / technicians, to maintain good morale among your team that promotes cohesiveness with our internal and external customers is paramount. You will also play an integral role in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of your technicians to ensure that our highly skilled workforce is able to meet customer expectations.
