**LAUNCH FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT** **Assistant General Manager** Manchester, New Hampshire \| Reports to: General Manager Support the General Manager in running safe, efficient daily operations at Launch Family Entertainment in Manchester, NH. Lead assigned shifts, coach team members and coordinate attractions, parties and food service to deliver consistent guest experiences while meeting staffing, service and cost goals. **Key responsibilities** * Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and carry out delegated General Manager responsibilities with guidance and supervision. Serve as manager on duty and oversee operations in the General Manager’s absence, within established authority. Complete opening and closing checks and communicate clear shift priorities. * Assign stations, breaks and coverage based on attendance and event demand.
