**Company Description** **Location:** AZ **Employment Type:** Full\-time contract **Contract Duration:** \~Mar. 2027, with possible extension **Compensation:** $120,000 DOE **Required Certification:** OSHA 30/BCSP **Job Description** We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities * Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements. * Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. * Investigate incidents and near misses and perform root cause analyses. * Deliver employee safety training and toolbox talks. * Manage JHA, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, and PPE programs. * Track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements. **Qualifications** * OSHA 30\-Hour training completion and a valid BCSP certification are required. * At least 5 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or HSE. * Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, or construction. * Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * **Korean bilingual skills preferred.** **Additional Information** A...
