**Overview** As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep retail store operations running smoothly while helping your team deliver a strong customer experience. You’ll coordinate staffing, sales, inventory, purchasing, and daily store processes, using clear communication and sound judgment to keep work organized and priorities on track.
