Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight, nursing supervision, and delegation for our in\-home care services. The RN will play a key role in ensuring safe, high\-quality, client\-centered care while maintaining compliance with Oregon Health Authority (OHA) In\-Home Care Agency Rules and Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) requirements. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, supporting caregivers and clients, and serving as a clinical resource within a collaborative home care environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight \& Nursing Delegation * Provide nursing supervision and clinical oversight of caregivers and CNAs. * Perform nursing delegation in accordance with OSBN requirements. * Assess clients to determine the appropriateness of delegated nursing tasks. * Provide instruction, supervision, and follow\-up for delegated tasks. * Conduct reassessments as required based on client condition and delegation requirements. * Ensure caregivers perform assigned tasks safely and within their scope of practice.
