Description: **BOYS \& GIRLS CLUB OF CARSON'S MISSION** The Boys \& Girls Clubs of Carson offers our young people a safe environment where they can have fun and be themselves, dedicated adult mentors who respect and listen to them, and outcome\-based programs that empower youth to become lifelong learners. **POSITION SUMMARY** The Director of Development is a frontline fundraiser and team leader responsible for growing individual and corporate giving, leading annual giving and donor\-engagement strategies, and achieving the revenue and relationship\-building goals of BGCC’s fundraising events. The Director manages qualified donor and corporate prospect portfolios, builds sustainable fundraising pipelines, supervises assigned Development staff, and uses data to improve fundraising performance. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Development \& Marketing, CEO, and board members, the Director aligns donor interests with BGCC’s mission and organizational priorities. The Director models and fosters behavior consistent with BGCC’s core values, vision, and mission. The expected starting compensation for this role is $90,000\-$105,000 annually.
